All parents must keep their account in the required per-paid status. This is accomplished by paying full tuition until state reimbursements arrive, typically a month.
It is required that parents pay their co-pay, in accordance with the center’s due dates.

Family Communication & Involvement
How can I find out how my child is doing?
Parents may phone the center at any time. You will be able to speak with your child’s caregiver to receive an update on their day. We realize this is especially important for families just beginning at the center. Parents may also request a parent/teacher meeting. The child care app we use also allows parents to set preferences for real-time updates!
How is parent-teacher communication conducted?
Can parents visit the classroom? Volunteer?
We love to have parents volunteer in numerous ways! Parents are welcome to assist on field trips, center events, and daily activities. We invite parents to share their talents and hobbies with the children and staff, including music, crafting, reading, dancing, and athletics. Contact your child’s Lead Teacher or the Center Director to set something up!
Do you have parent-teacher conferences?
Food & Meals
Is food included in the cost of tuition? And where is food prepared?
Yes, meals and snacks are included in tuition. We serve breakfast for children arriving prior to 8:15, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Food is prepared by center staff in an on-site kitchen. Baby food (oat/rice cereal, vegetables, and fruit) are provided for children under a year old. Parents supply prepared bottles of expressed milk or formula.
To maintain safety and fairness for all children, families are not allowed to bring their own food into the center. Children with allergies will have an individual meal plan to meet their needs. The center may request parents to assist the center in procuring specific items for strict dietary requirements.
Teachers
What is the teacher to child ratio in each program?
What are your teacher qualifications?
Staff complete a minimum of 24 continued education credits yearly, exceeding the states requirements.
We seek to employ persons who have prior experience working with children, including individuals with formal training in child development, special needs, speech and hearing, teaching, nursing, and similar fields.
